Ingredients
  

  • Vegan fish fillets soy or pea protein-based – 4 (about 6 oz each)
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic minced – 2 cloves
  • Ginger grated – 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes – ½ tsp
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cilantro – 2 tbsp chopped
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Pat vegan fish fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush marinade generously over fillets; let rest 10 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high; lightly oil grates.
  • Place fish on grill; cook 6–7 minutes per side until lightly charred and tender.
  • Remove from grill, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve hot with lime wedges.
