Ingredients
  

  • Sweet potatoes – 3 large about 2 lbs, cut into wedges
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Chipotle powder – 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika – ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Lime wedges – for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss sweet potato wedges with oil, chipotle, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread evenly on baking sheet.
  • Roast 20 minutes, flip, and roast another 15 minutes until crisp.
  • Serve hot with lime wedges.
