Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz rice or wheat noodles
  • 1 cup snow peas trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or sugar optional
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add snow peas and bell pepper; stir-fry 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and maple syrup.
  • Toss in cooked noodles until evenly coated.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
