- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup or sugar optional
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add snow peas and bell pepper; stir-fry 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and maple syrup.
