- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
Heat the oil: Warm a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
Sauté garlic: Toss in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Spice it up: Add chili powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook the shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook each side for 3 minutes until pink.
