Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil: Warm a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
  • Sauté garlic: Toss in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Spice it up: Add chili powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Cook the shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook each side for 3 minutes until pink.
  • Finish with lime: Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp. Garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
