Ingredients
  

  • Sweet potatoes – 4 medium about 2 lbs, peeled and cubed
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper – ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Fresh cilantro – 2 tbsp chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, chili, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread evenly in a single layer.
  • Roast 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway until golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
