- 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup chopped scallions
- 8 –10 butter lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Optional: sesame seeds for topping
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add vegan chicken strips, stir frequently, and cook until golden and heated through—about 5 minutes.
Add tamari, sriracha, garlic, and ginger powder. Stir until the strips look saucy and you feel like a kitchen queen.
