- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Garlic minced – 2 cloves
- Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
- Smoked paprika – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp chopped
Pat vegan sardines dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat sardines evenly with marinade; let rest 8 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat; lightly oil grates.
Place sardines on grill; cook 4–5 minutes per side until charred and tender.
Brush with leftover marinade during final minute.
Remove, sprinkle parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
