Ingredients
  

  • Vegan chicken strips – 10 oz
  • Dairy-free shredded cheese – 1 cup
  • Tortilla wraps – 4 large
  • Red bell pepper – 1 sliced
  • Red onion – ½ cup sliced
  • Jalapeño – 1 thinly sliced
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Paprika – ½ tsp
  • Cumin – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with olive oil.
  • Cook vegan chicken until browned.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño.
  • Season with garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Warm tortillas.
  • Spread cheese evenly on wraps.
  • Layer spicy chicken mixture.
  • Roll tortillas tightly.
  • Place back in skillet until cheese melts.
  • Slice and serve warm.
