Ingredients
Large tortillas – 4
Cooked chicken breast – 12 oz
shredded
Buffalo hot sauce – ½ cup
Romaine lettuce – 2 cups
shredded
Celery – 1 stalk
thinly sliced
Carrots – 1 medium
shredded
Vegan ranch or blue cheese dressing – ½ cup
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Instructions
Heat skillet with olive oil.
Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
Warm tortillas lightly.
Spread vegan ranch dressing on each tortilla.
Add lettuce, celery, carrots.
Top with buffalo chicken mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fold tortillas tightly.
Slice diagonally and serve hot.
