Ingredients
  

  • Large tortillas – 4
  • Cooked chicken breast – 12 oz shredded
  • Buffalo hot sauce – ½ cup
  • Romaine lettuce – 2 cups shredded
  • Celery – 1 stalk thinly sliced
  • Carrots – 1 medium shredded
  • Vegan ranch or blue cheese dressing – ½ cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with olive oil.
  • Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
  • Warm tortillas lightly.
  • Spread vegan ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, celery, carrots.
  • Top with buffalo chicken mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fold tortillas tightly.
  • Slice diagonally and serve hot.
