- 200 g plant-based beef substitute or seitan sliced
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups water or vegetable broth
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 1/2 cup carrots thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil

Cook rice in water or vegetable broth according to package instructions.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté plant-based beef until browned and slightly crispy.

Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, garlic, and ginger; coat vegetables and protein evenly.
