Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle white wine 750ml
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 medium apples thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or ginger ale

Instructions
 

  • Pour white wine into a large pitcher or bowl.
  • Add caramel sauce and brandy, stirring to combine.
  • Slice apples and toss them into the pitcher.
  • Stir in cinnamon and lemon juice.
  • Pour in sparkling water or ginger ale for fizz.
  • Chill for 1-2 hours.
  • Serve cold and enjoy the bubbly sweetness.
