- 1 bottle white wine 750ml
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 2 medium apples thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or ginger ale
Pour white wine into a large pitcher or bowl.
Add caramel sauce and brandy, stirring to combine.
Slice apples and toss them into the pitcher.
Stir in cinnamon and lemon juice.
Pour in sparkling water or ginger ale for fizz.
Chill for 1-2 hours.
Serve cold and enjoy the bubbly sweetness.
