  • Sourdough starter — 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour — 2 cups
  • Warm water — ¾ cup
  • Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Salt — 1 teaspoon
  • Pizza sauce — ¾ cup
  • Vegan mozzarella — 1 cup shredded
  • Bell pepper — 1 cup sliced
  • Mushrooms — 1 cup sliced
  • Red onion — ½ cup sliced
  • Dried oregano — 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Combine sourdough starter (1 cup), warm water (¾ cup), and olive oil (1 tablespoon) in a bowl.
  • Add flour (2 cups) and salt (1 teaspoon).
  • Mix until dough forms.
  • Roll dough onto a baking tray.
  • Spread pizza sauce (¾ cup) evenly.
  • Add vegan mozzarella (1 cup).
  • Top with bell pepper (1 cup), mushrooms (1 cup), and red onion (½ cup).
  • Sprinkle oregano (1 teaspoon).
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes.
