Instructions

  • Gradually add chicken broth, whisking constantly until smooth.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, heavy cream, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
  • Return pork chops to the skillet, spooning gravy over them.
  • Simmer for 20-25 minutes until pork reaches 145°F and gravy thickens.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the gravy.
