  • 4 bone-in pork chops 1-inch thick
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  • Place sliced onion and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add pork chops on top of the onion mix.
  • Pour chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce over the pork.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until chops are fork-tender.
