Quick shrimp stir-fry with vegetables
offering a flavorful and balanced meal.

shrimp
peeled and deveined

cup
broccoli florets
1
bell pepper
sliced
½
cup
carrots
sliced
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tbsp
soy sauce
1
tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
sesame oil
½
tsp
chili flakes

Instructions
Heat olive oil in wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté briefly.
Add shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink.
Remove shrimp and set aside.
Add vegetables into wok.
Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return shrimp to pan.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
Toss everything well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Serve hot.
