Ingredients
  

  • Quick shrimp stir-fry with vegetables offering a flavorful and balanced meal.
  • 200 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • ½ cup carrots sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp chili flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink.
  • Remove shrimp and set aside.
  • Add vegetables into wok.
  • Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Return shrimp to pan.
  • Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Toss everything well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
