- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix until fully incorporated.
Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1–1.5 inches in diameter.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook meatballs for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Alternatively, bake for 15-20 minutes.
