Golden roasted sweet potatoes glazed with honey for a caramelized, slightly sticky side dish.

- Sweet potatoes – 4 medium about 2 lbs, peeled and cubed
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Honey – 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp
- Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp chopped (optional garnish)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly in a single layer.
Roast 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
