Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium apples sliced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Slice apples into thin wedges and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, pumpkin spice, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Add the yogurt (or sour cream) to the dressing mixture and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the apples and toss until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 15 minutes to chill.
