- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add the pumpkin, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and cinnamon to a food processor.
Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
