Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the pumpkin, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and cinnamon to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Serve with crackers, pita, or fresh veggies.
