Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt into bowl.
  • Mix dry ingredients well.
  • Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until smooth dough forms.
  • Scoop portions onto tray.
  • Flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  • Cool before serving.
