Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt into bowl.
Mix dry ingredients well.
Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
Stir until smooth dough forms.
Scoop portions onto tray.
Flatten slightly.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Cool before serving.
