- 1 cup vegan pulled chicken soy-based shreds
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ cup sliced onions
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and sauté 3 minutes.
Add garlic paste.
Add tomatoes.
Stir until soft.
Add chili powder and turmeric.
Add smoked paprika.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix in vegan pulled chicken.
Add soy sauce.
Pour vegetable broth.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander.
