oat flour

scoop whey protein powder
vanilla or chocolate

butter or coconut oil
melted
¼
cup
honey or maple syrup

egg

baking powder

vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Add oat flour, whey protein, baking powder, and salt into bowl.
Mix dry ingredients evenly.
Add melted butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.
Stir until dough forms.
Scoop portions onto tray.
Flatten slightly.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Cool before serving.
