Ingredients
For the Burger Patty
Vegan turkey-style mince
soy or pea protein: 250 g
Rolled oats
finely ground: ¼ cup
Onion
finely chopped: ¼ cup
Garlic
minced: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Olive oil: 1 tsp
Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Dried oregano: ½ tsp
Salt: ½ tsp
For Serving (Optional)
Whole wheat burger buns: 2
Lettuce leaves: 2
Tomato slices: 4
Vegan mayo or mustard: 1 tbsp
Instructions
Add vegan mince, oats, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oil, and spices to a bowl.
Mix thoroughly until mixture holds together firmly.
Shape into two equal burger patties.
Heat pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and heated through.
Assemble burgers with buns, vegetables, and sauce if using.
