Ingredients
Vegan turkey-style breast
soy or pea protein: 250 g
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Garlic powder: ½ tsp
Onion powder: ½ tsp
Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Dried thyme: ½ tsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Instructions
Add vegan turkey-style protein to a bowl.
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and all spices in a small bowl.
Coat protein evenly with the marinade.
Heat pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
Cook protein 4–5 minutes per side until golden and heated through.
Rest briefly, slice evenly, and serve warm.
