Ingredients
  

  • Vegan turkey-style breast soy or pea protein: 250 g
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder: ½ tsp
  • Onion powder: ½ tsp
  • Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: ½ tsp
  • Dried thyme: ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Add vegan turkey-style protein to a bowl.
  • Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and all spices in a small bowl.
  • Coat protein evenly with the marinade.
  • Heat pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
  • Cook protein 4–5 minutes per side until golden and heated through.
  • Rest briefly, slice evenly, and serve warm.
