Pasta
fettuccine: 250g
Ground turkey
lean: 400g
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic
minced: 3 cloves
Heavy cream: 3/4 cup
Milk: 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese
grated: 1/2 cup
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Spinach
optional: 1 cup
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground turkey until fully done and lightly browned.
Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and milk, then stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Simmer sauce gently until slightly thickened, then add cooked pasta and mix well.
Add spinach if using, cook briefly, then serve warm.
