Ingredients
  

  • Pasta fettuccine: 250g
  • Ground turkey lean: 400g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Heavy cream: 3/4 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese grated: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Spinach optional: 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground turkey until fully done and lightly browned.
  • Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and milk, then stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Simmer sauce gently until slightly thickened, then add cooked pasta and mix well.
  • Add spinach if using, cook briefly, then serve warm.
