Ingredients

firm tofu

whole wheat wraps
1
cup
lettuce

cup
shredded carrots
½
cucumber
sliced

tbsp
soy sauce

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
yogurt or vegan sauce
Instructions
Cut tofu into cubes or strips.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
Add tofu and cook until golden.
Add soy sauce and toss well.
Remove tofu from pan.
Lay wraps flat on surface.
Add lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and tofu.
Drizzle yogurt or sauce.
Roll wraps tightly and serve.
