Ingredients
  

  • 200 g firm tofu
  • 2 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp yogurt or vegan sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut tofu into cubes or strips.
  • Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  • Add tofu and cook until golden.
  • Add soy sauce and toss well.
  • Remove tofu from pan.
  • Lay wraps flat on surface.
  • Add lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and tofu.
  • Drizzle yogurt or sauce.
  • Roll wraps tightly and serve.
