Ingredients

almond flour

scoop vanilla protein powder

cup
coconut sugar or sweetener
¼

butter or coconut oil
melted

egg

vanilla extract

baking powder
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt into bowl.
Mix dry ingredients well.
Add melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Stir until dough forms.
Scoop small portions onto tray.
Flatten slightly.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Cool before serving.
