  • Vanilla extract — 1 teaspoon
  • Salt — ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Add sourdough starter (1 cup) and almond milk (1 cup) to a bowl.
  • Stir in maple syrup (1 tablespoon) and olive oil (2 tablespoons).
  • Add oat flour (1 cup) and protein powder (½ cup).
  • Mix until smooth batter forms.
  • Stir in baking soda (1 teaspoon), vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), and salt (¼ teaspoon).
  • Pour batter into waffle iron.
  • Cook waffles for 4–5 minutes until crisp.
  • Serve warm.
