  • Maple syrup — ⅓ cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk — ½ cup
  • Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract — 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda — ½ teaspoon
  • Salt — ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Add sourdough starter (1 cup) and almond milk (½ cup) to a bowl.
  • Stir in maple syrup (⅓ cup) and olive oil (2 tablespoons).
  • Add oat flour (1 cup), protein powder (½ cup), and cocoa powder (⅓ cup).
  • Mix until smooth batter forms.
  • Stir in vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), baking soda (½ teaspoon), and salt (¼ teaspoon).
  • Spread batter into baking pan.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes.
  • Cool before slicing into squares.
