Ingredients
Sourdough starter — 1 cup
Whole wheat flour — 2 cups
Plant protein powder — ½ cup
Warm water — 1 cup
Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
Maple syrup — 1 tablespoon
Salt — 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Add sourdough starter (1 cup) and warm water (1 cup) to a bowl.
Stir in maple syrup (1 tablespoon) and olive oil (1 tablespoon).
Add whole wheat flour (2 cups) and protein powder (½ cup).
Mix until thick dough forms.
Add salt (1 teaspoon) and stir again.
Transfer dough into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until firm.
Cool before slicing.
