Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup firm tofu flaked (vegan shrimp swap)
  • 4 small tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Add flaked tofu and cook 3 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, garlic paste, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  • Stir and cook 2 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Warm tortillas.
  • Spread vegan mayo on each tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.
  • Add tofu “shrimp.”
  • Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Serve your Protein Shrimp Tacos—bright, crunchy, and absolutely shrimp-free.
