Protein Salmon Tacos Recipe

A delicious vegan taco filled with tofu “salmon,” fresh veggies, and a zesty dressing that brings protein, color, and energy to every bite.

- 1 cup firm tofu flaked (vegan salmon swap)
- 4 small tortillas
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add flaked tofu and cook 3 minutes.
Mix in soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic paste, pepper, and salt.
Cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
Warm tortillas on the skillet.
Spread vegan mayo inside each tortilla.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.
Add tofu “salmon.”
Drizzle lemon juice and top with sesame seeds.
