Ingredients
  

  • Vegan salmon-style chunks soy or pea protein based: 250 g
  • Cornflour: 2 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs: ½ cup
  • Olive oil: 1½ tbsp
  • Garlic powder: ½ tsp
  • Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
  • Lemon zest: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: ¼ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Plant milk: ¼ cup
  • Dill or parsley chopped: 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Add vegan salmon using 250 g to a mixing bowl.
  • Pour plant milk over pieces and toss gently.
  • Add cornflour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  • Toss until evenly coated.
  • Roll pieces lightly in breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add bites in a single layer.
  • Cook 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  • Garnish with dill and serve hot.
