Ingredients
Pasta
fettuccine: 250g
Salmon fillets: 400g
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic
minced: 3 cloves
Heavy cream: 3/4 cup
Milk: 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese
grated: 1/2 cup
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Parsley
chopped: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook salmon until flaky and fully done, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, milk, and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
Flake cooked salmon into pieces, return to skillet, then add lemon juice and mix gently.
Toss cooked pasta with sauce until evenly coated, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
