Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegan protein powder vanilla or plain
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon oil for cooking
  • Optional toppings: berries banana slices, nut butter

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, plant milk, protein powder, maple syrup, baking powder, and cinnamon to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and brush 1 teaspoon oil.
  • Pour batter to form pancakes.
  • Cook 3 minutes until bubbles form.
  • Flip and cook 2–3 minutes.
  • Serve warm with fruit and nut butter.
