- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Add lentils to bowl.
Add oats.
Add onions.
Add garlic.
Add tomato paste.
Add soy sauce.
Add paprika.
Add pepper.
Add salt.
Add seasoning.
Mix well.
Shape balls.
Heat skillet.
Add oil.
Place balls.
Cook 5 minutes.
Rotate gently.
Cook 5 more minutes.
Brown evenly.
