Ingredients
  

  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and oregano.
  • Add chicken and coat well.
  • Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat pan over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side.
  • Pour remaining marinade into pan.
  • Cook for 2–3 more minutes.
  • Ensure chicken cooks fully.
  • Serve warm.
