Ingredients
  

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp chili flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side.
  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • Add chili flakes if desired.
  • Cook for 5–6 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Coat chicken evenly with sauce.
  • Serve warm.
