  • 4 plant-based chicken thighs vegan alternative
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Place plant-based thighs in bowl.
  • Add oil.
  • Add garlic powder.
  • Add paprika.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add salt.
  • Add rosemary.
  • Add chili flakes.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Coat thighs evenly.
  • Heat grill pan.
  • Brush oil lightly.
  • Place thighs on grill.
  • Cook three minutes per side.
  • Flip gently.
  • Grill until charred marks appear.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Cook two more minutes.
  • Remove from grill.
  • Serve warm and triumphant.
