- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
Place plant-based thighs in bowl.
Add oil.
Add garlic powder.
Add paprika.
Add pepper.
Add salt.
Add rosemary.
Add chili flakes.
Add lemon juice.
Coat thighs evenly.
Heat grill pan.
Brush oil lightly.
Place thighs on grill.
Cook three minutes per side.
Flip gently.
Grill until charred marks appear.
Reduce heat.
Cook two more minutes.
Remove from grill.
