Ingredients
Vegan protein chops
soy or pea-based: 2 pieces (120 g each)
Vegan butter: 1½ tbsp
Olive oil: 1 tsp
Garlic
minced: 1½ tsp
Unsweetened soy milk: ¼ cup
Nutritional yeast: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Fresh parsley
chopped: 1 tbsp
Instructions
Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sear protein chops for 3 minutes per side.
Remove chops, melt vegan butter, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until aromatic.
Add soy milk, nutritional yeast, pepper, salt, and lemon juice, stirring smoothly.
Simmer sauce for 3 minutes until lightly thick and glossy.
Return chops, spoon sauce generously, and cook five minutes for full flavor absorption.
Finish with parsley and serve warm.
