  • 2 vegan chicken-style cutlets 200g
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  • Place cutlets on board.
  • Add olive oil to skillet.
  • Heat gently.
  • Add cutlets.
  • Sear six minutes.
  • Flip cutlets.
  • Cook five minutes.
  • Remove briefly.
  • Add garlic to bowl.
  • Add soy sauce.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add paprika.
  • Add salt.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add water.
  • Whisk mixture.
  • Pour glaze into skillet.
  • Add cutlets back.
  • Coat well.
  • Simmer until glossy.
