Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plant-based chicken pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pot.
  • Add onion.
  • Stir two minutes.
  • Add carrot.
  • Add cabbage.
  • Cook three minutes.
  • Add garlic.
  • Add turmeric.
  • Add herbs.
  • Mix gently.
  • Add plant-based chicken.
  • Add broth.
  • Add salt.
  • Add pepper.
  • Stir well.
  • Cover pot.
  • Cook fifteen minutes.
  • Open lid.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add coriander.
