Ingredients

chicken breast

mixed greens

cherry tomatoes
halved

cucumber
sliced

Greek yogurt or light mayo

olive oil

lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken in pan with olive oil for 6–8 minutes.
Let it rest, then slice into pieces.
Add greens, tomatoes, and cucumber into bowl.
Add cooked chicken.
Mix yogurt and lemon juice in small bowl.
Pour dressing over salad.
Toss well and serve fresh.
