Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz plant-based chicken strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced tomato
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Vegan tzatziki

  • ½ cup plant-based yogurt
  • ¼ cup grated cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add plant-based chicken strips and cook 5 minutes.
  • Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix plant-based yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and dill.
  • Warm pita breads in a pan briefly.
  • Fill each pita with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and cooked strips.
  • Spoon tzatziki sauce over filling.
  • Fold and serve immediately.
