Pasta
fettuccine: 250g
Broccoli florets: 2 cups
Chicken breast
cooked, sliced: 2 cups
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic
minced: 3 cloves
Heavy cream: 3/4 cup
Milk: 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese
grated: 1/2 cup
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In the same pot, blanch broccoli for 3–4 minutes until tender, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, milk, and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add cooked chicken and broccoli, mix well, then combine with pasta.
Toss everything until evenly coated and serve warm.
