Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef lean: 500g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion chopped: 1 medium
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Taco seasoning: 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Water: 1/4 cup
  • Corn tortillas: 8 small
  • Lettuce shredded: 1 cup
  • Tomato diced: 1 cup
  • Shredded cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Greek yogurt or sour cream: 1/2 cup
  • Lime wedges: 4

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Add ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking apart until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water, then simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry pan until soft and slightly toasted.
  • Fill tortillas with beef mixture, then add lettuce, tomato, cheese, and yogurt.
  • Squeeze lime juice on top and serve immediately.
