Add plant-based beef strips and cook 4 minutes.
Add garlic, ginger, onion, broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas.
Stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
Pour sauce into skillet and stir.
Cook 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
