Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz plant-based beef strips
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell pepper
  • ½ cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Stir-fry sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add plant-based beef strips and cook 4 minutes.
  • Add garlic, ginger, onion, broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas.
  • Stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
  • Pour sauce into skillet and stir.
  • Cook 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
