Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef lean: 500g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Potatoes diced: 2 cups
  • Onion chopped: 1 medium
  • Garlic minced: 2 cloves
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 4
  • Fresh parsley optional: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet, then cook diced potatoes until golden and slightly crispy, about 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.
  • Add 500g ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking apart until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing evenly with potatoes and beef.
  • Create small spaces and crack eggs into skillet, then cook until whites set and yolks reach desired doneness.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
