Ground beef
lean: 500g
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Potatoes
diced: 2 cups
Onion
chopped: 1 medium
Garlic
minced: 2 cloves
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs: 4
Fresh parsley
optional: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, then cook diced potatoes until golden and slightly crispy, about 10 minutes.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.
Add 500g ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking apart until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing evenly with potatoes and beef.
Create small spaces and crack eggs into skillet, then cook until whites set and yolks reach desired doneness.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
