- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Onion chopped: 1 medium
- Garlic minced: 3 cloves
- Cooked pasta or rice: 2 cups
- Crushed tomatoes: 2 cups
- Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
- Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar: 1 cup
- Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add 500g ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking apart until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing evenly.
Combine cooked pasta or rice with beef mixture, then transfer everything into the baking dish.
Spread Greek yogurt over the top, sprinkle shredded cheese evenly, then bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
