Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef lean: 500g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion chopped: 1 medium
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Cooked pasta or rice: 2 cups
  • Crushed tomatoes: 2 cups
  • Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar: 1 cup
  • Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Add 500g ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking apart until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing evenly.
  • Combine cooked pasta or rice with beef mixture, then transfer everything into the baking dish.
  • Spread Greek yogurt over the top, sprinkle shredded cheese evenly, then bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
