Ingredients
For the Vegan BBQ Pork Chops

vegan pork chops
1
tablespoon
olive oil
2
tablespoons
BBQ sauce
½
teaspoon
smoked paprika
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
¼
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
Optional Garnish
1
tablespoon
chopped coriander
Instructions
Heat pan on medium flame.
Add olive oil.
Place vegan pork chops.
Cook 3 minutes.
Flip gently.
Add smoked paprika.
Add garlic powder.
Add pepper.
Add salt.
Brush with BBQ sauce.
Flip again.
Brush more sauce.
Cook 4 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Reduce heat.
Let glaze thicken.
Remove from heat.
Add coriander.
Rest 1 minute.
Serve hot.
