Ingredients
  

For the Vegan BBQ Pork Chops

  • 2 vegan pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Optional Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • Heat pan on medium flame.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Place vegan pork chops.
  • Cook 3 minutes.
  • Flip gently.
  • Add smoked paprika.
  • Add garlic powder.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add salt.
  • Brush with BBQ sauce.
  • Flip again.
  • Brush more sauce.
  • Cook 4 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Let glaze thicken.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add coriander.
  • Rest 1 minute.
  • Serve hot.
